Winter 2014

2014 has been a busy year so far for the team at Pipeline Recruitment. As well as working with our existing clients, we have welcomed a number of new clients. In all cases they have come to us by word-of-mouth and referrals, the best form of marketing in Hawke’s Bay!

 New clients include Devine Computing, Cleantastic and Need A Nerd, all established and well respected Hawke’s Bay-based companies. It’s always enjoyable working with new clients, getting to know their unique cultures, working hard to ensure that candidates are the right “fit” for each company.

 The team at NOW just go from strength to strength, expanding their client base and providing compelling offers and awesome customer service. Not only have we assisted with their resourcing requirements here in Hawke’s Bay, Pipeline Recruitment have successfully managed the recruitment process for the local Managing Director positions in Lower Hutt and Rotorua.

 Unison continue to be an outstanding Hawke’s Bay employer. Recent recruitment engagements in the Marketing and Executive Support teams have resulted in some great placements.

 We continue to assist Duncan and Amanda at Hawke’s Bay Technologies, the exclusive representatives for Ricoh in our region. An Account Manager and a Technician via Pipeline Recruitment in recent months signal their continued growth.

 The team at QRS in Wairoa continue to focus on the safety and wellbeing of their staff, contractors and community – a new Health and Safety Advisor recently placed by Pipeline Recruitment.

 Finally, it’s good to be working with the team at Simply Squeezed again, another iconic Hawke’s Bay company.
