Pipeline Recruitment (originally RIOT Recruitment) was established in 2007, as an opportunity was identified to contribute to the growth of the Hawke’s Bay region as a whole. This opportunity came in the form of recruitment, an area that has historically been highly transactional in approach. You might ask, why a recruitment agency in the Hawke’s Bay? Quite simply put it is because this is an area that impacts on the ongoing success of all businesses, and Hawke’s Bay as a region exhibits some of the most exciting growth potential within New Zealand.

Tania Gallagher

Agency Manager

Tania is our candidate liaison “guru”, having been with Pipeline Recruitment for five years.

Prior to joining the team at Pipeline Recruitment, Tania spent approximately 15-years in senior Administration, Customer Services and Executive Support roles. Her industry experience includes the IT, Import, Distribution, Construction and Recruitment sectors.

Outside of work, Tania enjoys arts and crafts. Examples some of Tania’s creations can be seen at the Pipeline Recruitment offices in Napier!
