Spring 2013 Update

The past few months have been very busy for the team at Pipeline Recruitment, working with several new clients as well as a number of our longstanding business partners.

We’ve enjoyed working with the CEO and Board of QRS Ltd, the council-owned contracting company in Wairoa. Two senior placements, a new Chief Operating Officer and a People and Performance Manager to join the Senior Leadership team, providing for future growth of the business.

Another new client, Infracon Ltd, chose Pipeline Recruitment to manage the recruitment process for the key position of Divisional Manager, Hawke’s Bay. Another successful placement, a great outcome for all parties.

ABC Software have welcomed a new Sales Manager, a role advertised by Pipeline Recruitment, but filled from our database. Another example of how we can add value through our up-to-date candidate database as well as our extensive networks throughout the business community.

Ongoing relationships with long-standing clients such as Unison, Bayleys, CodeBlue, NOW, Gardiner Knobloch, Dynamic Meats and Hawke’s Bay Technologies has seen us add value to these businesses, assisting with their resourcing requirements over the winter period.

Finally, it’s great to see Wayne Walford, CEO of the Hawke’s Bay Chamber of Commerce hitting his straps. It was a pleasure getting to know Wayne through the recruitment process for this position.
