Below is a sample of RIOT Recruitment’s involvement in the Hawke’s Bay employment market for November 2008…

With the assistance of RIOT Recruitment, ENZAFOODS have made two senior appointments to their sales and marketing team to enable them to take advantage of market opportunities, both domestically and internationally.

David France has joined ENZAFOODS in the role of Marketing Manager. In this role, David will be a member of the Senior Management Team and will have overall responsibility for the Sales and Marketing function for ENZAFOODS. Prior to this appointment, David has held senior management roles in leading companies such as Richmond’s and Dairy Meats Ltd.

Robin Percy has joined in the role of Brand Manager. Robin will be responsible for managing all brand activity on behalf of ENZAFOODS. She will also assist the product development team to identify new market and product opportunities and provide key marketing information to the senior management team. Robin has an extensive background in sales and marketing roles in the FMCG / Packaging industries.

In addition, Glenn Cook Technologies (GCT) has appointed Jon Spokes to the role of Technical Sales Consultant. Jon will be responsible for developing and deploying ICT solutions for Hawke’s Bay-based businesses. Jon has an extensive background in large, complex ICT sales in the UK.

Also through RIOT Recruitment, Bruce Allan has joined the Hastings District Council in the role of Strategic Financial Advisor. In this newly created role, reporting to the Chief Executive, Bruce will be responsible for providing analysis and advice on key council projects and programmes. Prior to this appointment, Bruce was Financial Controller for Hawke’s Bay and Taupo Toyota.
